IDEATHON 3.0 Innovation Leads the Future
Pimpri Chinchwad University successfully hosted Ideathon 3.0, a national-level 24-hour hackathon that brought together the brightest young innovators from across India. Built on a powerful belief the future belongs to those who innovate the event became a dynamic platform for creativity, problem-solving, and breakthrough thinking.
The event was graced by esteemed Chief Guests Dr. Ranga Srinivas Gunti, General Manager at Tata Motors, and Mr. Balaji Mundhe, Project Director at Tata Technologies. Their insights encouraged participants to challenge conventional thinking and embrace innovation as the only way forward.
Under the visionary leadership of Honble Vice Chancellor Dr. Santosh Sonavane, along with the guidance of Dr. Sudeep Thepade, Dr. Anil Maheshwari, Dr. Shankar Deosarkar, Dr. Bharat Kale, and Dr. Vijay Patil, the hackathon reflected PCUs commitment to nurturing innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
A total of 40 teams participated from across India (30 from Maharashtra and 10 from other states), competing through multiple evaluation rounds conducted by internal and external jury members. The event witnessed relentless energy, with participants working through the night, showcasing determination, creativity, and cutting-edge ideas.
