Control Of Examination's Message
Dr. Parimala Gunasekaran
Controller of Examination, PCU
Welcome to PCET`s Pimpri Chinchwad University, (PCU) Pune,
As the Controller of Examinations at Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU), I extend a formal welcome to all members of the University’s academic community.
The Office of the Controller of Examinations is committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency, fairness, confidentiality, and academic integrity in all examination and evaluation processes. Every aspect of assessment—including scheduling, conduct of examinations, evaluation, and declaration of results—is administered with precision and accountability, in strict adherence to the University’s statutes, ordinances, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
In consonance with national digital governance initiatives in higher education, the University has adopted the National Academic Depository (NAD) to ensure secure, authenticated, and digitally verifiable academic records. The systematic uploading of students’ academic data to NAD strengthens transparency, facilitates verification, and ensures the secure, long-term preservation of academic credentials.
It is mandatory for all students to obtain and maintain a valid Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID. The ABC ID is essential for credit registration, academic record integration, accumulation and transfer of credits, and the formal processing of results and awards. Compliance with this requirement is necessary for the recognition and conferment of academic qualifications.
