Online registration opens on 15 November 2026 and closes on 10 February 2027, with a secure payment gateway and automatic GST-compliant receipts.

Policies
No refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Once registration is complete, no refund will be made for cancellation, non-attendance or any other reason.
Author registration and presentation
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the author rate (not the co-author rate) and present. Papers that are not presented are withdrawn from publication. A presenting author may present at most two papers.
GST and invoices
A GST-compliant receipt is generated automatically on payment. For an invoice in your institution’s or company’s name, email icpaias2027@pcu.edu.in with your registration ID and billing details.
Visa support
International delegates who have registered can request an invitation letter for their visa application. Please note that the conference does not sponsor or guarantee visas; the decision rests entirely with the issuing authority. Apply early.
