Publication Ethics
The standards every author, reviewer and organizer of ICPAIAS 2027 is held to.
Our principles
ICPAIAS 2027 follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The following result in rejection, retraction where applicable, and formal notification to the authors’ institutions:
Review integrity
- Acceptance is decided on review merit alone. The General Chair cannot overturn a technical rejection.
- Every paper receives at least three independent double-blind reviews.
- Full review statistics are published on this website after the conference.
Use of generative AI
Authors must declare any use of generative-AI tools. AI tools may be used for language editing. They may not be listed as authors, and AI-generated results, data or citations are grounds for rejection and reporting.
Authorship changes
Changes to the author list after submission require written consent from all authors and approval of the Publication Chair.
Reviewer obligations
All reviewers declare conflicts of interest. No reviewer handles a paper from their own institution or from a co-author of the last three years. Committee members who submit a paper are excluded from all handling of it and from viewing its reviews. Review records are retained for three years.
Appeals and complaints
Appeals against a review decision are accepted within 7 days of notification and decided by the TPC Chair with one independent Advisory Committee member; the decision is final. Other complaints may be addressed to the General Chair at icpaias2027@pcu.edu.in and will be handled within 15 working days.
