As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, PCU SOM organized a special guest lecture on Women Empowerment for the girl students of MBA and BBA programs.
The session was delivered by Kalyani Raje, Co-Founder & Chief Research Officer (CRO), who shared valuable insights on self-belief, leadership, career growth, and the importance of women taking confident roles in business and society.
Through real-life experiences and practical guidance, the speaker inspired students to overcome challenges, develop professional confidence, and become independent decision-makers.
