Overview
Pune Management School, Pimpri Chinchwad University, organised an engaging
and insightful Master Class on “From Idea to Impact: The Entrepreneurial
Mindset for Building Successful Ventures” on 5 October 2026. The session was
designed to provide students with practical insights into entrepreneurship,
innovation, opportunity identification, and the process of transforming ideas into
successful and impactful ventures.
The Master Class was conducted by Dr. Vijay B. Kher, Founder & Director –
BookYourPandit, Academician, Management Professional, and Entrepreneur. With
his rich professional and entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Kher interacted with
students and shared valuable perspectives on developing an entrepreneurial
mindset and approaching business opportunities with confidence and creativity.
The session focused on the importance of innovation, problem-solving,
opportunity recognition, calculated risk-taking, and value creation in the
entrepreneurial journey. Students gained a better understanding of how a simple
idea can be transformed into a viable venture through proper planning, execution,
persistence, and continuous learning.
The interactive nature of the Master Class encouraged students to actively
participate, ask questions, share their perspectives, and connect theoretical
management concepts with real-world entrepreneurial experiences. The session also
