The School of Management, Pimpri Chinchwad University, recently organized an engaging session titled “Annual Business Planning: Lens of a Stanford LEAD Alumni.” The session was conducted by Mr. Rahul Gadekar Founder of R Interactives and Stanford LEAD Alumnus, along with Dr. Rishi S. Kapal, Ph.D (He/ Stanford, IMI, DPS/ Former CXO) 5X Author, Stanford LEAD Alumnus, Former CXO and Professor of Practice of School of Management. The speakers shared valuable insights into the process of annual business planning, emphasizing the importance of vision alignment, goal setting, market analysis, and performance measurement. Drawing from their experience as Stanford LEAD alumni, they highlighted how global leadership frameworks and structured planning approaches can help organizations achieve sustainable growth.
The session encouraged students to think strategically, understand competitive dynamics, and apply practical business tools to real-world scenarios. Through interactive discussions and real-life examples, participants gained a deeper understanding of how effective planning drives organizational success.
