The fifth day of the Deeksharambh Induction Ceremony 2025 at Pimpri Chinchwad University’s School of Management offered MBA students a unique blend of self-discovery and experiential learning.
Dr. Dipti Vashisth Sharma and Dr. Saylee Karande led an engaging Enneagram Personality Test session, guiding students through the nine Enneagram types to help them better understand their core motivations, strengths, and areas for growth. Interactive discussions and reflective exercises fostered greater self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills—essential qualities for aspiring business leaders.
The day concluded with the screening of the business management film The Founder, offering students valuable lessons in entrepreneurship, strategic decision-making, and the complexities of building a business empire.
This combination of personal growth activities and practical business insights made Day 5 an inspiring and impactful part of the induction journey.
