Pune | 21 July 2026: Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU), through its Pune Management School, organized a series of expert sessions as part of the Induction Ceremony 2026–27, providing students with valuable industry insights on communication, professionalism, leadership, and the mindset required to succeed in today's global business environment.
The sessions featured eminent industry experts including Ms. Uma Dabir, Corporate Trainer, Mr. Tushar Dawkhar, Agronomy & Capability Manager – India, Syngenta India Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Sunijoy Gupta, Corporate Trainer, who shared practical experiences and inspired students to prepare for successful professional careers.
Addressing the students, Ms. Uma Dabir emphasized the importance of effective communication, professional etiquette, confident body language, positive gestures, personal grooming, and first impressions. She explained how communication extends beyond words and encouraged students to develop professionalism, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills from the very beginning of their management journey.
In his session, Mr. Tushar Dawkhar highlighted the significance of adaptability, continuous learning, and industry readiness. Drawing from his corporate experience, he encouraged students to embrace change, build practical skills, and remain curious to excel in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Delivering the concluding session, Mr. Sunijoy Gupta spoke on cultivating a developed- country mindset and the values essential for personal and national progress. Referring to global examples such as Japan and Germany, he emphasized discipline, respect for people's time, systematic thinking, lifelong learning, and continuous self-improvement. He encouraged students to contribute meaningfully towards the vision of Viksit Bharat by becoming responsible, ethical, and disciplined professionals.
