Overview
B.Sc. Cyber Security students from the School of Computer Applications, Pimpri Chinchwad University, visited Technogise Private Limited, Viman Nagar, Pune, on 22 August 2026 as part of an industry-oriented learning initiative.
The visit provided students with practical exposure to cybersecurity work culture, real-world security projects, professional workflows, team collaboration, and industry expectations. A key highlight was the Enterprise IoT Attack Surfaces training conducted by SecurityBoat Community, where students explored attack-surface discovery, trust boundaries, entry points, and attack chains.
The visit was coordinated by Dr. Snehankita Majalekar and Mr. Mohit Shevkar, with support from the leadership and teams of Pimpri Chinchwad University, School of Computer Applications, Technogise Private Limited, and SecurityBoat Community.
The initiative helped bridge classroom learning with practical cybersecurity scenarios and provided students with valuable insights into enterprise IoT security and industry practices.
