The LL.B. programme at PCU is structured across three years and six semesters. In Year 1, Semester I introduces General English, Constitutional Law I, Law of Torts (including Motor Vehicle Act and Consumer Protection Act), Law of Crimes I (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), Contract I, ICT & Legal Methods I, and optional papers on Child and Juvenile offences or Constitutional History of India. Semester II covers General English II, Law of Evidence (Bharatiya Saksha Adhiniyam 2023), Constitutional Law II, Law of Crimes II (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023), Contract II, and optional papers on Women and Law or Right to Information.
