The LL.B. programme at PCU is structured across three years and six semesters. In Year 1, Semester I introduces General English, Constitutional Law I, Law of Torts (including Motor Vehicle Act and Consumer Protection Act), Law of Crimes I (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), Contract I, ICT & Legal Methods I, and optional papers on Child and Juvenile offences or Constitutional History of India. Semester II covers General English II, Law of Evidence (Bharatiya Saksha Adhiniyam 2023), Constitutional Law II, Law of Crimes II (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023), Contract II, and optional papers on Women and Law or Right to Information. Year 2 covers Family Law, Labour & Industrial Law, Administrative Law, Company Law, Professional Ethics, ADR, and Courtroom Exercises.

The programme incorporates dedicated Courtroom Exercises in Years 1 and 2, culminating in a Moot Court Exercise and mandatory Internship in the final year. Students attend Workshops on Advocacy Skills and Contemporary & Emerging Legal Issues, and engage in Community Service through Legal Aid Clinics. Admission & Eligibility
The LL.B. (Three-Year) programme at PCU School of Law is open to graduates from any stream. Candidates must have completed a graduation degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for candidates from reserved categories). The programme is duly approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The annual fee is ₹1,00,000 and the one-time admission fee is Rs 10,000.
