This grand event, an annual gathering of HR professionals and academic leaders, witnessed the participation of esteemed institutions from across the country. Among them, Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust’s (P.C.E.T) Pimpri Chinchwad University stood tall as a beacon of innovation and excellence in the field of academics.

Representing the Prestigious Pimpri Chinchwad University on the National level, Our Honourable Executive Director (PCET), Dr. Girish Desai, Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Bhardwaj, and Vice Chancellor I/C Dr. Manimala Puri graced the occasion.

The event was organized by the NIPM (Nation Institute of Personnel Management)’s Pune Chapter. Delegates from Sri Lanka were present. The delegates from various chapters such as Kerala, Karnataka, etc. were present.

The Guests on the Dias addressed all the ones in attendance, touching on various topics ranging from Machine Learning to HR Management, innovations that were possible due to the realm of artificial intelligence and its vast career opportunities.

This was a 2-Day event held on the 8th and 9th September 2023 which included a holistic and empowering atmosphere for all the Delegates, Invitees, and Exhibitors.

Day 1 started with the National Anthem being played for all the ones in attendance. The session began with the address of the various distinguished dignitaries on the Dias. There were dignitaries from different industries and management firms as well as accomplished academicians.

The speakers presented talks on various spectrums of Management, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Leadership, etc. The panel discussions were the icing on the cake. Blooming with power and knowledge, the speakers enlightened the audience with their thought-provoking and innovative ideas.

Day 2 was much awaited by the attendees after the huge success of day 1. This event was graced by the presence of the international guests and delegates. Shri. Chandrakant Patil- Minister of Higher and Technical Education of Maharashtra, and Mr. Parag Kalkar the pro-Vice Chancellor (VC) of the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) among other esteemed dignitaries were present. Mr. Patil addressed the audience about the need for technical education and its importance amongst the generation of today.

As the curtains closed on the NIPM NATCON 2023, the participation of P.C.E.T’s Pimpri Chinchwad University left an indelible mark.
